Dopo il successo dello scorso anno in cui ha omaggiato Renata Tebaldi a 100 anni dalla nascita, torna il soprano Maria Cristina Bellantuono. Vincitrice di numerosi concorsi internazionali, la Bellantuono ha debuttato nel 2019 al Teatro San Carlo di Napoli come Turandot ed è stata protagonista di diverse produzioni al Teatro Comunale di Bologna nella stagione 2022. A lei abbiamo affidato un concerto per i 100 anni dalla nascita del soprano greco (non a caso) Maria Callas. Antonietta Cozzoli curerà il racconto biografico dell’intensa artista restituendone la statura professionale e la fragilità umana celata dietro i grandi personaggi del melodramma. After last year’s success with the tribute to Renata Tebaldi 100 years after her birth, the soprano Maria Cristina Bellantuono returns. Winner of numerous international competitions, Bellantuono debuted in 2019 at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples as Turandot and starred in several productions at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna in the 2022 season. We entrusted her with a concert for the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Greek soprano Maria Callas (not surprisingly). Antonietta Cozzoli will narrate the biography of this intense artist, depicting her professional intellect and the human fragility hidden behind the great characters of the melodrama.
